What we collect. The free name check runs in your browser; the name you type is not sent to us. If you reserve a report we store the email address and business name you give us, the page you came from, your country (from your network address) and the time. If you go on to confirm an order we also store the owner's date of birth, the registration date if given, a short business description and, if you give it, a WhatsApp number — all of which are needed to prepare the report. We also count events (page views, name checks, button clicks) with the page, referrer and country, plus a one-way, daily-changing hash of your network address that is used only to limit abuse and cannot be turned back into the address.
What we do with it. We email you about your reservation and, once reports open, to deliver what you ordered. We do not sell or share your details. You can ask us to delete them at any time at hello@naamcheck.com.
Where it is stored. On Cloudflare's infrastructure. Reservation records are kept until your order is fulfilled or you ask us to delete them; event counts are deleted after 90 days.
